Ny ICMI Study: Task design in mathematics education
In 2011 ICMI initiated Study 22 on Task Design. The Study Conference will take place from July 22nd to July 26th 2013 inclusive at the Department of Education, University of Oxford, UK. A book will be prepared for publication after the conference, based on a synthesis of the proceedings and discussions at the conference and subsequently. The study aims to produce a state-of-the-art summary of relevant research and to go beyond that summary to develop new insights and new areas of knowledge and study about task design.
